You can now select a 'Map Type' in single player.
Added 'Hollow' map type.
Added 'Continents' map type.
Added 'Islands' map type.
You can now toggle the ability to see all possible context actions or only those you can perform.
You can now toggle the confirmation dialog when performing actions.
Automatically re-render the context menu upon completion of an action.
Updated 'Easy' difficulty to calculate their turn faster.
Added logic around the starting locations of each settler to reduce the chances of spawning close to other players.
