Quick-action menu improvements

- Added some birds that will scatter when chopping down trees
- Improved logic around camera movement to better handle zooming in and out
- Quick-action menu now includes a label to indicate what icon you're hovering over
- If you hold the shift key when using the quick menu you will now bypass the confirmation dialog
- Disabled network multiplayer for now while I begin some work on the interfaces to bring them in line with the rest of the UI. This also just makes it easier for me to update the game with a couple of key features before I worry about if it works securely in multiplayer
- Updated most icons once again to be a single, consistent style
