Multiplayer games re-enabled

I have re-enabled the multiplayer menu buttons, and you are now able to create/join multiplayer games. I cannot guarantee 100% stability with these games but I don't recall any game-save breaking bugs before I began work on non-networked code.

This includes all functionality from previous blog posts, and will require the creation of an account for this additional authentication.
